Some health food stores sell stevia sweetened soda pop. And Vitamin Waters (which are overpriced, but are 'diet drinks' when they're the 10 cal ones) are usually sweetened with stevia and fructose and erythritol.

Do you wish a diet drink that is the least unhealthy? Try water.. with a twist of lemon.

^^^ thats my favorite

But i am a fan of stevia and organic agave. (but only occasionally)

So if you MUST have sweet.. those two are supposedly acceptable.

agave is almost completely fructose (empty calories), the liver-destroying (NAFLD) crap to avoided.

why would anyone want to ingest a synthetic chemical conjured up by whoring chemists working for GD Searle/Monsanto and run by Don Rumsfeld, and approved by a corrupt, compromised FDA?

http://www.rense.com/general33/legal.htm

There' s plenty of studies about aspartame and other synthetic toxins used by BigFood in their food-like substances.

Obviously, the "low-fat", "whole-grains", "artificial sweeteners" scams have failed miserably to stop, never mind reduce, 2/3 of Americans from being fat or obese, or to improve their health at all. Quite the opposite.

One the saddest, silliest, insane scenes is a very fat or obese person reaching for those little pink or blue packets of synthetic "no-cal" chemicals to sweeten iced tea.
