Time for a tune up!Page 1 of 1
So I have been here for quite sometime, through hard work and cutting back on stuffing my pie hole I have lost 28 pounds, well yesterday the scale said 26 but I am sticking with 28 :)

So I figured with the new pictures men would be falling out of the sky trying to meet me...not the case. I have looked at my profile a few times and believe I am being "realistic" in who I am...I am also a firm believer in pictures are 99.9% of sealing the deal...it certainly plays into my view of a gentleman (funny I thought at my age physical features wouldn't play a significant role but they still do)

In any event, please take a look, if you feel it is one of the most profound and moving profiles I would love to hear that, but "realistically" I would like to hear "reality" :)

Thanks

You noticed that too! My friends/family were all over that picture and thought it was fabulous, there are pockets in the dress and my hands are in them which I think "flares" the dress out a bit, but I agree, it does give the "she is kinda flabby below the belt"

And you could be right about the soulmate stuff, but that entire statement is true (at least at this time in my life) the only thing I am on a "quest" for in a relationship now is seeing if there are "possibilities"

Thanks for your input!

Horses44,
I don't see anything at all wrong with your profile. You are very attractive, funny, and intelligent. Your attitude on the soulmate thing is very refreshing.

When I see phrases like: "Looking for my soulmate" on a woman's profile, it's kind of a red flag. Makes me think of Jackie on "That 70s Show" "My Soulmate will be riding a white unicorn, have perfect good looks, and buy me everything I want"

Wow, thanks everyone for your input...and Campfire for your analysis. I will "soften up" as you suggest, I am a bit rough around the edges.

Now on the flipside I have been getting quite a few responses from gentlemen, some have been a click, others not so much
