|Oh how you screamed your need into cyber space.|
Treating your heart with disdain.
You only wanted to satisfy your body
And shut your soul from being able to complain.
But then you find yourself confused,
Bewildered and unfit to cope
With soul all warped by pain and longing,
And no way to heal this hurt...
Deep pain like a smoldering fire
Keeps you on edge terrified...
Fear, yellow and paralyzing
Keeping you hostage. and your soul mummified.
And you float through life- lonely, empty vessel
With a huge hole in the bottom.
A vessel that can never be filled. To be filled is to risk to contain.
To let in, to be able to hold.
To open yourself to a possibility of love is to open yourself to a possibility of pain.
To risk pain, hoping for love.
To give your heart to someone who can hurt it the most.
To give trust, to have faith...
Fear.... Yellow and paralyzing...
