Replacement for Brian...???? If AC/DC want to continue. .Maybe the best thing to do is what Deep Purple did in the 70s when Ian Gillian left. ..They took on an unknown... David Coverdale. ..!!!

I think Axl Rose would be a good choice.

when you consider that Brian was the replacement for Bon Scott; you wonder why anybody would miss him, as he could not hold a candle up to Scott's singing.

Might be time for them to call it a day after Malcolm illness, Phil's brush with the law and now Brians hearing problems

Check out Axl Rose on youtube who's finishing off the tour. They are even doing some of the earlier Bon Scott stuff.

Now it seems Cliff Williams is calling it a day after the tour finishes. Is this the end of AC/DC? With only one original member left Angus Young.

I saw a video on Youtube a while back where Axe was singing from a wheelchair due to a bunk leg. Lol It's getting to the point where things are going to be like Ozzy Osbourne and some of the other old timers where they have to get someone to old them up just to stay onstage or keep oxygen nearby to give 'em breath. Seriously. When is the time to call it quits. For better or worse, it was in the news not too long ago that some tech company was offering Brian some sort of special hearing aid/protection so he could still go on tour. I don't know what came of that though.

I'd rather see the old guys in a jolly jumper type thing than being held up by some goon

I think if they get a credible replacement for Brian, all they need is Angus to keep touring. From the few videos I saw, I think Axel did a great job, but I don't think he is the answer full time. I am surprised it was Brian's hearing, not his voice , that went out. I'm a fan from the early daze. I remember what I was doing when I got the news that Bon died. Sitting in a bar drinking beer. But then again, I can say I was doing that when a lot of stuff happened.

I dislike it when there is only one or two original members left and they tour as the group.
like in the case of Foreigner with Mick Jones as the only original. I won't go see Queen ever again because Freddie's dead. he was unreplaceable.

my friend said, "I'm going to see Guns N Roses."

I replied, "No you're not. you're going to see Axl Rose and a bunch of unknowns that he hired and which not a single one was on any of the original albums."
