Try running 1st just as a warm up. Maybe 10 minutes, then do the rest of your routine. 30 min of running is a lot. It takes along time to build stamina. Drink plenty of water so you arent dehydrated. Eat something light like a bowl of cereal w/banana or yougurt w/toast.

Your food is fine.
The desire lacks about then.

Hello again... missed this the first time, not sure what happened.
Maybe switching from phone to tablet in the middle.
Sorry if the above is cold or accusatory.

Motivation is most important.
Not food.

Everyone gets tired running.

Try singing cadence while you run.
Works wonders.
I feel the song pounding down the road... not my aching everything.
Helps with my wind control.

Takes the mind off of pain, stress, everything else.

"Run to recon" ... usmc running cadence, ect.
You can make a playlist as long as you want.
