I have a friend who I worked beside in pure gym. Teetotal, had the cleanest diet of anyone Ive ever met, was training for a bodybuilding comp. Left, went off the rails a bit (to be fair, shes 22), out all the time drinking. Was on her way to the Sonus festival in Croatia with a mate last year and drank so much she ended up sprawled out over a table in security at Glasgow airport and had to be escorted out of the building by security along with her pal.

She did make it in the end but had to pay quite a lot of money for another flight.

So, what's the daftest thing you've done when you've had a few too many?

She and some other people who went over were interviewed for BBC three, so the video of my mate calling herself a disgrace for being so pissed has already been seen by a lot of people. Shannon is interviewed at around 6 mins 45.

You are right. An ex of mine asked me to move in with him then changed his mind after he had sobered up, which was fine, because I wasn't going to give my flat up to move in with him anyway (we had been seeing one another for weeks at that point).

But I think if you say stuff pissed and then have a rethink sober, then it does change the dynamic of the relationship. I was mad at him because he changed his mind, but more so because he said something he really didn't mean than anything else if that makes sense.

Sticking to bum love is a good call I think.

I find it rather outrageous when people criticise my linguistic abilities (or lack of) instead of appreciating the humongous effort that some chap like me has to put in to communicating with people (folk on here) in their own language (English in this case) when English would probably be my 3rd language. Tell me, how many languages can you communicate in with the same (or better) degree of fluency?

That not to mention the fact that I've always been a flop in matter of languages (and communication in general) - which is why I said some time ago that I am alingual.

I really don't need it explained to me by someone who hasn't met him that he's not Scottish or that English isn't his first language. You'd know that as soon as he spoke to you.
