Weight Watchers low or no point recipes?Page 1 of 1    
I'm doing weight watchers and am looking for some new recipes that are low points or no points. Please share. Here's one I'm loving right now.

Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
16 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tb balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp thyme
salt and pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Spray skillet with Pam. Add chicken breasts and sear on both sides approximately 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside. To pan add garlic and mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until mushrooms begin to soften. Add to pan chicken broth, vinegar and thyme. Stir and scrape bottom of skillet to remove any browned bits. Add chicken and simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat or until chicken is fully cooked.

Zero weight watchers points! Makes 2 servings.
