Dreamer,
maybe all the men you've been with have lied, but I don't lie. If I say something to you, I mean it. I think you're a pretty girl. I mean it. I wouldn't think about dating someone with that attitude, I mean that, too.

I know, you're going to lose any sleep over that, but I thought I'd say it anyways

Ya, those were good answers....it's good to know that not all guys are the same (which I know that y'all aren't, but needs to be re-affirmed sometimes). Everyone tells the innocent little white lies that are not intended to hurt anyone, it's when you get someone that lies constatly about nothing, and has no reason to lie, that's when you lose the trust.

@ Spunky

You would tell your girlfriend she looks fat?? Would you tell someone they are ugly as well?? I can only imagine why you are single...

Did you tell your parents the truth all the time when you were younger? Everytime you cut class? Ever lie about being sick?

YA I like to lie and tell people that I never lie when in fact white lies are a part of life. "No officer, I wasn't speeding." "Yes maam I am 19 years old", "No Mr Border guard, I never smoked a joint in my life" Come on people...

Stretching the truth abit, leaving out some little details in a resume "Don't worry I will respect you in the morning" and so on. Of course, once a person matures abit the lies tend to get less moronic. OK fire away.

I've always tended to go the route of changing the subject a slight bit if asked to answer a potentially damaging question.

Q.) "Do I look fat in these pants?"
A.) "Oh man, look at me, if these get any bigger I could breast feed an entire nursery".

Speaking of which, how many women actually tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth about their weight? Maybe because us guys keep lying about whether or not they look fat... Things that make you go "hmmmmmmmmmmmmm"

Lying about the wieght, appearance what you do etc has always mystified me... what's the point, if you plan on meeting the person.
As for telling a woman what they want to hear, well that is just a public service :P

Average is so different to each..Exactly like you said PUNCH.

For people to judge if we fit in a category is like saying who is normal and who is not.

There are exceptions to that rule of course.

when i first start dating someone i usually say something along the lines of "don't ask a question you don't want the answer to." meaning that if you ask me about my past, or about an ex...ad nauseum...that i'm going to tell you.

i won't lie about most stuff...and thankfully i don't have to...if i wanna go to the strip club, the only reason i'd have to lie about it is if i don't want Chelle tagging along!!

Can't come up with any real reason to lie, but then again some would rather hear a fib or two.

I keep getting in trouble from men because I dont lie LOL. I am so blunt and honest that they will call this having an attitude.......and tell me I have a chip on my shoulders etc etc whats up with that?

I thought men wanted the truth and nothing but the truth. Every dating site I am on, I am very honest about what I am seeking and what I AM NOT seeking.

I met a guy I really liked on Lava, after we talked a bit on the phone. Im really attracted to men who are tall considering Im only 5'3, most men will be taller then me. This guy said he was 5'7. I wore 3 inch heels the day we met, we I was standing by him I could see the top of his head........................come off it why lie......especially if your going to meet!
