|It is pretty easy to remember to fall back. I love it! I almost forgot to spring ahead once. I cannot imagine being out of sync with the rest of the world or BC by one hour. It would be a very strange experience.|

Nope, I did not get any more sleep than usual. I got up when I normally would have because my body said it was time to get up, and then set the clocks back.

|I used my extra hour to sleep in.. I love lounging in bed.. watching the news, and my fav programs that start at 10 am and end an 12:00.. then I get wo watch the news.|
Question for anyone who cares to answer..... how many of you have changed the clock in your car/truck/suv???
I tend to keep mine at the old time until April......... me bad

If you drive (or share the roads with motorists) do take extra care this coming week. Statistics show that there are more motor vehicle accidents the week after a fall-back time change compared to the week prior.
