Get one of those magic bags. They're filled with beans or something..you can buy em at Walmart I think. Pop it in the microwave and lay it on her tummy....or get her some midol..or chocolate..

Using a magic bag or heating pad on her stomachemight help a little, as with rubbing the stomache...but I also find that hand reflexology is something that really aids women with menstrual cramps, and it's something you can do anywhere. If you are comfortably at home, then by all means begin foot reflexology.

Mmm..I love sprawling out and having someone rub either my tummy or my back. It's so soothing. ...*sigh*

chocolate... backrubs... sappy movies and a comfy couch... all those tend to help. And although being on birth control has pretty much ended mine, I suggest letting her make her own decision about that. Don't just push it in her face... she'll think you're up to something else.

Tell her to call you when she's done PMSing that always goes off well.

I used to have a friend who would walk through the door holding up a bag of chips and a chocolate bar in the shape of a cross.
Heating pad is nice.

Definetly the sex, a cuddle and movie, heating pad... chocolate.... And if she doesn't want to be touched or talked to- listen to her or you'll end up fighting and regretting not listening. But let her know if she needs anything to call or let you know.

Stop by the Off-Topic forum and familiarize with the Rules there. Thanks

Rub her tummy...exercise...and for the love of god don't tell her she's being moody! I'm sure she knows it.

How you treat your partner during menses says a lot about your relationship...
Are you gentle and loving?
Do you have the "not this shit again!" attitude?
Not an issue for me anymore, but in the past the reflexology and sex helped the most!
