Im sure most of the woman have had the dealing with men or should I say boys, who ask these kinds of question. Like I have said before, use it as a weeding tool, they ask too many personal questions…*BLOCK* and than NEXT!

Check out the thread, “I love your eyes and you are so sweet. So what size are your tits?”

Acceptable?? You must be kidding. Not to me. The "talk" won't last for 5 minutes if I detested the other person only interest in body parts.

My experiences are these guys will get upset or lost interest in even talking if you don't talk "dirty" with them. One guy cited me as "sad", as "so beautiful, but no fun". HAHAHA

As a guy I take offense to butterfly. She said EVERY guy asks bra size within 5 minutes . This guy does not . It is not cool to generalize every man . If I had to guess you made this thread very shortly after it happened to you .Thus, the emotion and anger was running high at the time you started this thread

I do not believe it is acceptable on any level.

Having said that... the internet has allowed for some anonymity, and as a result people tend to get much more bold... I know I feel a lot more comfortable saying things online then I would in person... but only AFTER I know more about a person. I think I will be employing a few of the tactics mentioned here a little more often...

Look, I understand it is a degrading and not appropriate question...HOWEVER, you women just as often on here ask how big is it??? or what do you do for a living? How much do you make???? Where you going to take me to dinner????...... Why complain, as others said, use it as a weeding tool, at least you know right away that guy or girl is NOT FOR YOU!!!

Seems he/they were just attempting to find out your overall size.
They should have just estimated, since your pic plainly shows you as fullbodied.
Not the thin/average/athletic type at all.

Maybe they wanted to determine if you were hardup for sex or, i dont know

Never been overly concerned about bra size, more about willingness to remove it. That being said.
Havent written anyone asking about thier willingness to get naked as an opening line. If the woman starts talking that way, no need for me to back away

In all seriousness you can report these people to POF authorities. Believe me moderators here would love to get inappropriate people off forums. People know right from wrong . Just don't say EVERY man because thats just not true

It became socially acceptable at about the same time that talking about battered husbands also became socially acceptable.

Asking if you enjoyed sex has ALWAYS been socially acceptable when anybody is thinking of a long term committed relationship.

It became socially acceptable at about the time one third of the guys in this board became heartily sick and tired of being expected to just KNOW everything without haveing to ask anything.

redneckboi: i'll admit i've asked that question once or twice, but it has only been after a women has asked how big the little guy is. Which i usually answer with how big are your boobs, or how deep are you. that usually ends that line of questions.

Yikes, you'd really derail this discussion just when it's getting interesting?

We need some solutions here*. POF should add to women's profiles:

• Willing to talk about my boobies: YES / NO / PREFER NOT TO SAY

• Have an 'allow' list for women. Then, when you're chatting with a woman, you'll get one of two notes in the chat window:
1) "GreenEyesAndHam, you have been cleared to talk about my boobies."
2) "69bigdikk69, you have not been cleared to talk about my boobies."

That should solve everything,
GE&H

* As sole originator of these ideas, I hereby surrender all rights concerning them over to the administrator (Big Fish) in exchange for being grandfathered in to always be allowed to talk about boobies.

I love it! Glad to hear some of us women don't mind a little chat about their boobies. I don't mind chatting about them because then I feel like I have the attention of the guy and the ball is my court. I don't have to answer, or say something like: "I'll tell you that if..."?

Go with it girls!

When a women walks through a crowd, certain “features” are obvious, and naturally draw attention, and are the object(s) of male thought – and carnal pleasure.

If men were cursed (or blessed) with a constant erection, women surely would notice, and men would be the focus of “interest” by females. Questions regarding size would become frequent, I'd think, rather than comments regarding shoe size or hand size.

For better or for worse, I think men do well casually observing, appreciating, and acquiring (sometimes) a nice rack, even if legs, head, and other appurtenances come with the package.

A woman is surely worth full appreciation.

"^^ how big is yer dik?"
I think a lot of guys might ask the question by saying " My****is 8" long. How big are your tits?"
So ladies, to stop the guys from asking, please just post your bra size right here!!

A woman is surely worth respecting, regardless of her bust size, length of leg, or turn of ankle
============================
Why only a woman.????

Which leads me to the old double standards rant again

- all men are barstards (socially acceptable)
- all s are stupid (socially unacceptable )
- porn causes rape (socially acceptavle )
- women ask to be raped by wearing skimpy clothes (socially unacceptabe)
- muslims who refuse to assimilate should be sent home (socially aceptable)
- jews who refuse to assimilateshould be sent home (socially unacceptable)

Think about it.
And feel free to add any other juicy ones.

Women ask to be raped?? By the type of clothing they wear?? OMG ^^^ you have some serious issues buddy. And I wouldnt even know where to begin. Porn causes rape…hhmmm WHAT?? Jews?? Muslims?? uumm yah I did think about it, and your still a f*cked up guy. OMG

some chicks have no sense of ha-ha.

It all goes to having to be thick skinned to be online.

It has nothing to do with having a sense of humour or being thick skinned. Its trying to maintain some sort of dignity, a sense of class, in this smutty, pervert infested, thing we like to call the internet. If the chicks have their tits out on display, than she is probably asking for it.

I would be offended by these type of personal questions from someone I just met and was conversing with in real life too. because we are conversing on-line, that some how makes it ok?? ummm NO!!! Just another form of free internet sexual gratification when men, err umm boys, ask these kinds of questions.

Those of you who refer to a woman's breasts as titties, boobies, or racks, are obviously the boys who were bottle-fed as babies. Get over yourselves already... and no, I haven't asked any man how big his package is.... I thought this was about sex, not public school recess.

What if it was in jest, like in my satirical post?

Not because mine are small, they definately aren't

Why did you point this out? If you don't want men to think that it's okay to talk about the size of your breasts without encouragement, then don't talk about the size of your breasts without encouragement.

probably started happening around the time women started asking men how much money they earn or what kind of car they drive. Of course, acceptable is a general term relative to every individual as society has never said it was accepptable or not

butterflylady...I am sorry some guys were so rude. Yes, the anonymity is what does it for the skanky pervs who never get to see or touch a bra, so they ask embarassing questions to get a thrill.

Now, if you have participated in a forum about breast size or oral sex and expect no reaction to what you might have said, you will be wrong.

Rudeness is not socially acceptable in my life.

My response - depends on my mood.

One time I was talking with a guy and a girl, we all just met. He asks her how old she is. I quickly respond with, "My lord, asking a young lady her age? Why don't you ask her what her bra size is while you're..."

"34B," she responds.

I stood there for a few minutes while I tried to think of something appropriate to say. I just couldn't.

Exactly! A guy I had started dating asked me in the concessions line at the movies, "So, do you think I'm at all f***able?" I could not believe it! And he spent a lot of time trying to convince me that 4 inches was really 6 and a half... Some guys are all about that. And he also asked the "spit or swallow" question... why are guys so concerned about that?
