Ahi Tuna recipes anyone?...Page 1 of 1
I Love fresh ahi tuna and am always looking for new ideas for preping it. Anybody have any favorite methods they'd care to share. It seems to be more available then in the past and I noticed you can even pick it up at safeway. Its great just raw or with a little wasabi dressing, but I bet some of you have some great ideas on partially cooked tuna that we could all try out. Let me know and let the experimental cooking begin.

I kept it simple tonight....

2 ahi tuna steaks
teriyaki sesame marinade
Freshly ground pepper

Marinade for 30 minutes. Throw on a hot grill. Each side 3 minutes.

Perfect tenderness.

Served with brown rice and steamed broccoli.

Pan fry with butter, and then place on garlic toast and asparagus with garlic on top.
