1. Health first (gotta take care of #1 (myself) in order to be able to be really free to date anyone...I'm going for new set of eyes this year (glasses), to start.
2. Not find someone to date, they can find me! I figure if I stop looking and just get myself to the monthly events, maybe I'll meet someone that would love to spend time with me to get to know me..not just want that roll in the hay!
3. Save $ so I can go on various vacations throughout 2008; I turn 40 this next year and I had a big trip in the works but no real plans set in stone...California will be there when I can afford to get there.
4. Make new friends at the monthly POF events..heck...in the end our friends are there to pick up the pieces anyway.

I have deemed 2008 "the year of the house". I'm going to get some home improvement projects done instead of eating out and buying clothes and things I don't need.

My New Year's resolution is #1 lose weight. #2 go to college and actually stay with it until I graduate (which will be 4 yrs from Jan). #3 Spend more time with my family and most of all take care of myself. I would like to see how many people actually keep or acheive their New Year's resolution. This year my biggest one is gonna be going to college. I am a single mom raising a special needs child and attempting to go to college for the first time full time. Wish me luck. Hope everyone is safe over the New Year's HOliday season.

May 2008 bring you as much if not more happiness than 2007

you know they say most new years resolutions are not fullfilled... so I don't want to set myself up for failure.. I do however what to make some life changes with one being drop a little weight, get myself BACK to the gym.. that is really a biggie.. I have become lazy and I do feel so MUCH better when I work out...

I feel like taking care of me is #1 priority. I don't want this to sound selfish but if I don't take care of me then I am of NO good for anyone else.

I do want to find a HEALTHY relationship but I am not sure if I will meet him thru pof... in the meantime I am going to have as much fun meeting new people at the pof functions as possible.. it doesn't hurt to network!!

Happy New Year.. have a Great 2008 !

Wow lets see here is my list, some i have started already and some are in the works so i hope thats a good sign: 1. start going to the gym, this i began about a month or so ago and it feels great 2. get moved to the KC area, doing that at the end of January 3. Find a job in KC so i can stay and finally the big one quit smoking, have my chantix ready to go, and hoping to begin this once im moved to KC, my hope is that by changing my lifestyle, this will help. good luck everyone with yours. For all those ladies/men who have expressed getting in shape/losing weight maybe we could find a community center or gym that is reasonable and create a club/partner type thing so we have support, or even a TOPS program i think its called.

Wow, in the past 3 years I lost a newborn giraffe out of me...........shocking, I didn't know he was in there........no wonder I was overweight!

I now I still need to lose about an automobile tire.......wow, maybe with all this tanning I have been doing, I can melt it out of me.
