so now just floating somewhere in the china sea
ever so calmly awaiting this life's final destiny
savouring thoughts of those crumpets and tea
on a one man ship about ready to face a mutiny

of too much stuff cluttering a very small space
kid almost grown wanting their own little place
with a little furniture, a few boxes and a suitcase
"maybe soon" be the boss of his first home base

Disgusting comments. Gotta watch what you say.
Posted: 11/24/2016 12:44:17 AM
dud shake it off, you are being that person you dislike!
"I do have my fair share of dislikes. For example:
- slow walkers, and people who take up whole aisles and sidewalks
- ignorance, noisy people, and people being stupid and making a scene
- people who think they are better than me"

Did you change your entire profile to that same negative rant; kinda looks like it to me. That is not going to attract anyone; not even the picky judgmental women! Take yourself to profile reviews and start over or, maybe this just isn't the right place for you? It does no good to take everything so personally here.

poetry for strange times

^ that was said in your original post. I had to google but, I found this one:

Written by Gil Scott-Heron
The revolution will not be televised

You will not be able to stay home, brother
You will not be able to plug in, turn on and cop out
You will not be able to lose yourself on skag
And skip out for beer during commercials
Because the revolution will not be televised

The revolution will not be televised
The revolution will not be brought to you by Xerox
In 4 parts without commercial interruptions
The revolution will not show you pictures of Nixon
Blowing a bugle and leading a charge by John Mitchell
General Abrams and Spiro Agnew to eat hog maws
Confiscated from a Harlem sanctuary
The revolution will not be televised

The revolution will not be brought to you by the
Schaefer Award Theater and will not star Natalie Woods
And Steve McQueen or Bullwinkle and Julia
The revolution will not give your mouth sex appeal
The revolution will not get rid of the nubs
The revolution will not make you look five pounds thinner
Because the revolution will not be televised, Brother

There will be no pictures of you and Willie May
Pushing that shopping cart down the block on the dead run
Or trying to slide that color TV into a stolen ambulance
NBC will not be able predict the winner at 8:32
Or report from 29 districts
The revolution will not be televised

There will be no pictures of pigs shooting down
Brothers on the instant replay
There will be no pictures of pigs shooting down
Brothers on the instant replay

There will be no pictures of Whitney Young
Being run out of Harlem on a rail with a brand new process
There will be no slow motion or still life of Roy Wilkens
Strolling through Watts in a red, black and green
Liberation jumpsuit that he had been saving
For just the proper occasion

Green Acres, The Beverly Hillbillies and Hooter ville Junction
Will no longer be so damned relevant
And women will not care if****finally gets down with Jane
On search for tomorrow because black people
Will be in the street looking for a brighter day
The revolution will not be televised

There will be no highlights on the eleven o'clock news
And no pictures of hairy armed women liberationists
And Jackie Onassis blowing her nose
The theme song will not be written by Jim Webb
Francis Scott Key, nor sung by Glen Campbell, Tom Jones
Johnny Cash, Englebert Humperdink or the Rare Earth
The revolution will not be televised

The revolution will not be right back after a message
About a white tornado, white lightning, or white people
You will not have to worry about a dove in your bedroom
The tiger in your tank or the giant in your toilet bowl
The revolution will not go better with Coke
The revolution will not fight the germs that may cause bad breath
The revolution will put you in the driver's seat

The revolution will not be televised, will not be televised
Will not be televised, will not be televised
The revolution will be no re-run brothers
The revolution will be live

I have 4 - 5 mini Hoselton sculptures, they were prizes from our Canada Day celebrations long ago.
I have a few bigger more traditional collections of stuff too.

Let's Talk But Yet They Don't Want but Want You Too?

^ no kidding, I am not sure what he is going to help with that info. Unless of course he is interested in Nataly?

The only one that can really help Nataly is Nataly! I really don't know why she takes so much of what "we" say to heart anyways, I doubt she'd date most of us!
No reply = No interest! It just doesn't matter what you write or, think you have in common with a person if they're not feeling it. There maybe someone for everyone but, that someone may not even be online.

Lots of good advice and some crap! :)

As for your pictures, I think you should experiment with lighting and never face into the sun it makes you squint. Maybe try not to do a big smile and just do a little smirk. Do you just use a cell or do you have a proper camera? If you have different colour filters/options play around with them. If you have some regular friends you hang out and do stuff with then ask them to take some action shots of you having fun rather than have just all of the selfies/posed pics.
good luck

Cynderella, myself and a number of others have basically said the same things to Nataly already.

here is my response to your deleted thread:

My husband had a good job and, I worked part-time/casual jobs right up until I had my kids ~12 years into the marriage. Then I became a stay at home mom for a number of years.

I think it can happen but, it is more and more unusual these days that both people are not working for wages.
I also think that unless both people are happy minimalists and/or individually wealthy or, she is a super model gorgeous bimbo and, he is rich... there are very few men willing to support their women completely. It's just very rare these days to see that outside of certain religious groups.

Tattoos or No Tattoos?
Posted: 10/8/2016 9:39:35 PM
I think changing ones self to get a mate could backfire; if that is not who you really are... or, you should only get a tattoo for you because, you really want one!

I have three and, I am done with them. For me there is a point where it becomes too much and, I do find it unattractive.
