Christmas Dance

Thanks Duffs, that answer my question. Yes if some people want to voluntarily join then its great. We can make the price of gift as low as minimum of $10.00 to attract more participants.

Gift Exchange
Posted: 10/28/2009 5:05:10 PM
I have a suggestion, to make it more fun why don't we do a gift exchange. Lets play the DIRTY SANTA where where the first person open the gift, then next person can either steal it or pick another gift from the pile.:snowball

SALSA DANCING, ANYBODY?
Posted: 8/17/2008 8:27:46 PM
Sports/girl, if you would like to try it out first, rather than spend class fee for the dance school right away. You can go to latin restaurant that play salsa music.
Popular salsa places are
Don Qexoti
LaPachanga
Juan Mexican
I was thinking of forming a group of at least 5 to 6 people interested in salsa dancing. If anybody interested let me know. We will then decide where and when to go.

SALSA DANCING, ANYBODY?
Posted: 8/16/2008 9:07:14 PM
I took salsa lesson at Alberta Dancesport, it is across University of Calgary .
The Studio School oos Dance is another dance school, it is close to Blackfoot Tr. SE
Olympia Dance Studio is another one, it is located at 16 ave close to centre st. NE
Latin Corner Dance Studio is located inside Eau Claire Market @ downtown
Havana Cuban is located somewhere in SW not far from downtown.

Its actually depend on your preference:
If you want close to your place.
If you prefer the best price.
If you prefer large or small number of people in the class.
If you want good instructors.
and so on....

SALSA DANCING, ANYBODY?

Alluria, when you get here in Calgary and ready to find a school for Salsa class, let me know. I will give you a variety of school that you can choose from. Most of dance class doesn't need a partner. They rotate partners during dancing. But hi if you need a partner going somewhere for salsa dancing, what else can I offer to a new Calgarian, its my pleasure to be dancing with you.

SALSA DANCING, ANYBODY?

Salsa dance is the best, most popular and the sexiest Latin dance.

I love salsa dancing after trying and learning the move.

I am sure anybody will like it after they try and learn the style.

Moving to Calgary...any advice?
Posted: 8/7/2008 11:10:10 PM
Talking about aggresive driver, Toronto drivers are 10 times more aggressive than Calgary. Last May my company sent me to Toronto thru air and have a rental car at the airport. Oh man, express way is the only way to get to my hotel. Express way 401 is used by dam aggressive drivers you could ever seen. All car speeding real fast. Cars on my left and right and back on a 5 lane highway. I have to go with the flow of the speed or they run you over.
Calgary are more safter drivers. except for those too slow drivers.

Moving to Calgary...any advice?
Posted: 8/3/2008 9:19:03 PM
Salsa dancing is becoming popular in Calgaary If you already know how to salsa dance make sure to go to some places where you can dance. If you want to learn there are lots of dancing school that you can go.

A place called La Pachanga in downtown is very polpular for playing salsa music. Every thursday, friday and sat are pack of people to display their salsa dancing skill. If you go there, lots of man will ask you for a dance, if you can't dance its ok, they will teach you.

In the summer there are lots of salsa festival going on the city, you already miss 3 of them. But there is one coming on Aug 22 - 24. called expo latino.

Is there a meeting today or tommorow July 29 for the people going for camping? If there is where and what time??? So everybody will know where is the exact location of the camp site, how to get there, if there are some willing to carpool with sharing gas, what time should we arrive there and of course to pay. Any questions that you want to clarify.

Why do Guys Chicken out??????
Posted: 1/4/2007 7:26:32 PM
Yes, some men do, but it also happen to us, some women back out and don't want to meet after saying yes. I have one woman who email me and told me will meet for coffee, and suddently disappear without saying a reason. Another woman I emailed and she was kind of cool and said nice thing. After couple email, she put me in my favorite, and next time I know she blocked me and remove me as her favorite.
Is that not both guys and gals are chicken out???????
