Kobe Bryant MVP?
Posted: 5/8/2008 7:34:38 PM
I question your knowledge of basketball, Kobe does deserve this MVP award. If Kobe wasn't with this team there is no chance that they would have made the playoofs, and to say look at what Gasol did.... yeah, Gasol played great.... with Kobe.

As for the it's his turn debate, yeah he got alot of votes because of the fact that he is Kobe. A few years back 90% of the fan votes believed Kobe deserved the MVP trophy only to be stunned to see KG win it. But don't forget, he lead a team nobody was talking about to be the premier team of the league. All season he has had a severe injury that should have had surgery to be repaired, but he has stuck it out. He has become a true team player, is no longer negative towards his young players when they make a mistake, he has come along way from last year.

No matter what, there will be Kobe haters for whatever reasons, he IS the best player in the world at this time. No matter who you are, your in a fantasy draft situation there are only two people you look at... Lebron for statistics and Kobe for all around play.

I am not upset to see him win it, sure I was gunning for CP3 to get it, but alot of the resons people say CP3 deserved, most can be said for Kobe aswell. I am a huge Hornets fan, and definately Paul could have taken it... but the Lakers were #1 in the west... they played with a decent team for half the year and then pulled off a rediculous trade with a team just looking to sell off the team. Sure Gasol put them over the top, but Kobe is the reason that SHOWTIME may be happening in the NBA Finals this year.

I would like to agree that this will be the greatest title run, but I also said that when he won it last time....

How do you feel about the goo goo dolls?
Posted: 4/17/2008 1:24:32 PM
Well, I would say that they are one of my top ten fave bands.... saw them live back in I guess it would have been like 2001, pretty good live. I have high expectations for their new album since they have done very little for such a long time.

Ovechkin is the best pure scorer in the game, over time the history books will have Crosby as the better of the two.

How to approach a girl in a club..?
Posted: 2/17/2008 9:55:26 AM
Honestly, just go straight for it, if they are interested you should be able to pull them away from there friends. If the message was mixed than shrug it off, theres plenty of fish in the sea.

Anime porn
Posted: 2/17/2008 9:49:41 AM
Well I actually work in a collectibles store and we sell such films. I admit it does seem weird to prefer looking at artistic variation on pornography. I also work part time at and adult store (wont say the name) and when I compare the two types of movies to those who watch them. With regular pornography you have the widest variety of people buying them as for the Anime porn most buyers are male, and are those who you would most likely deem as "uncool" and likely never have touched a woman. Also with Anime things that are impossible in true porn or things that are in a sense "illegal" to produce are able to be seen in a sense.

I have watched this anime porn, it is entertaining in a sense, mostly because Japanese art is great in the first place. Dialogue is much better and you have more interesting storylines becuase alot more can be done with the budget.

I'm sorry that you faith may be costing you something great with someone very special... if you can end it over something like that so quickly... it's not him.. maybe you aren't worth it.

Harsh... yes
Deserving of it... yes

But think how he feels, whether he was joking or not.

Drive By's
Posted: 2/15/2008 7:25:33 PM
In my hometown we have one infamous light that for some reason goes red fa longer than others, while on a late night drive with my best friend a sports car full of half drunk girls pulled up beside us, we each had enough time to have a conversation and get a phone number.

So yes, I have.

Who's the funniest person of all time?
Posted: 1/29/2008 11:19:37 PM
George Carlin and Richard Pryor

Worst = Dane Cook (that's right, I said it!)

Dane Cook's Disease, often referred to as "DCD," is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects the central nervous system. Those afflicted typically suffer from uncontrollable muscle spasms, wildly exaggerated movements, and the need to relay long-winded stories with no punch line, yet still expect to receive a hearty laugh.

now that's comedy

My laptop for some reason is contantly putting itself into hibernation, for about 22 hours a day it does this. As a university student... this pretty much shuts down my academic career. I have spent 7 hours on the phone today talking to people who I cannot understand do to their accents. Does anyone know how to make this stop?

Don't have it at the White House, that would just be a terrible idea. As for a Country Bar in Peterborough... I'm guessing you havn't heard about the bar that is soon opening..... CJ's (Cactus Jack's). It's a country Western bar.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS VS THE NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS
Posted: 1/21/2008 7:45:18 PM
I'm confused as to why everyone is so impressed by the Giants making the Superbowl, I picked them over Greenbay on every bet I placed. You would be foolish to think that because of the teams they have beat, that they can beat Mr. Brady.
